1. Support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and operational excellence.
2. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold brand standards.
3. Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment and loss prevention strategies.
4. Implement visual merchandising directives to enhance store presentation and customer experience.
5. Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
6. Coordinate and execute in-store events and promotions to drive customer engagement and sales.

1. Proven experience in retail management, preferably within the luxury sector.
2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data.
