1. Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
2. Ensure the store meets sales targets and profitability goals.
3. Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Oversee inventory management and stock levels.
5. Support in the recruitment, training, and development of store staff.
6. Implement visual merchandising standards and ensure store presentation aligns with brand guidelines.
7. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently.

1. Proven experience in retail management or a similar role.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
