2. Show leadership through role modeling Coach Service behaviors and selling standards.
3. Demonstrate empowerment to solve customer problems and meet customers’ needs.

5. Act as an advocate for the team, motivating others to achieve results.
6. Communicate effectively with the store manager, peers, supervisors, and corporate partners.
7. Assist in developing plans to address key business issues and utilize plans to impact business and achieve desired results.
8. Influence others to gain support to achieve goals and complete projects.
9. Demonstrate effective time management skills.

1. Experience in a retail service environment in a management position.

1. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
2. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff.
3. Ability to maneuver the sales floor.
4. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
