1. Take ownership and accountability for the store's operations, supporting the Store Manager.
2. Exhibit leadership by exemplifying Coach's service behaviors and selling standards.
3. Empower and resolve customer issues, ensuring their needs are met.

1. Experience in a retail service environment in a management position.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
2. Effective communication skills with customers and staff.
3. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Previous experience in a retail service environment in a management capacity is required.
