- Develop and maintain clientele through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
- Collaborate with the Store Leader to implement business-driving initiatives.
- Ensure associates utilize client books effectively to boost sales.
- Oversee compliance with clientele standards and sales training programs.
- Model and supervise the selling environment to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Assist in achieving financial success and store performance metrics.
- Assume Store Leader responsibilities in their absence.
- Lead by example in achieving personal sales goals.
- Educate and coach team on sales plans and personal goals.

- Assist in managing payroll budget and scheduling.

- Manage POS transactions to maintain inventory integrity.
- Minimum 3 years of management experience in a comparable retail environment.
- College degree preferred.
- Experience in luxury goods preferred.
- Professional sales development and exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership qualities with effective communication abilities.
- Ability to analyze selling reports and identify business trends.
- Decision-making and conflict mediation skills in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Windows-based software such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Minimum 3 years of management experience in a comparable retail environment, with a preference for luxury goods experience.
College degree preferred.
