1. Support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, including sales generation, customer service, and visual merchandising.
2. Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of store staff to ensure a high-performance team.
3. Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales goals and profitability targets.
4. Maintain high standards of store presentation and ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
5. Foster a positive and engaging work environment to enhance team performance and customer satisfaction.
6. Manage inventory levels and ensure effective stock control.
