1. Support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, ensuring efficient and profitable store performance.
2. Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
3. Maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the customer shopping experience and uphold the brand's image.
4. Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits to minimize shrinkage.
5. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
6. Analyze sales data to identify trends and implement action plans to drive business results.

1. Proven experience in retail management, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.
2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
