1. Assist in managing daily store operations and ensure visual merchandising standards are met.
2. Support the Store Manager in driving sales and profitability.
3. Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Oversee inventory management and stockroom operations.
5. Train, develop, and motivate staff to achieve sales targets.
6. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

1. Previous experience in retail management or a similar role.
2. Strong leadership and team management abilities.
3. Proficiency in MS Office and retail systems.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
3. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail management or a related field is required.

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is preferred.

Base pay range from $20.00 to $29.75 per hour.
