1. Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
2. Ensure the achievement of sales targets and profitability goals.
3. Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Support the implementation of marketing and promotional strategies.
5. Train, develop, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
6. Oversee inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

1. Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the luxury sector.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
4. Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies to improve performance.
5. Proficiency in retail software and Microsoft Office Suite.
