1. Support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and profitability.

3. Assist in recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing team.

1. Proven experience in retail management, preferably within the luxury sector.
2. Strong leadership and team development skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

1. Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data.
3. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum of 2 years in a retail management role, preferably within the luxury fashion industry.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.
