1. Support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, including customer service, sales performance, and staff management.
2. Drive sales and profitability by meeting or exceeding sales targets and ensuring excellent customer experiences.
3. Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of store staff to ensure a high-performing team.
4. Maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the store's aesthetic appeal and brand image.
5. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including inventory management and loss prevention.
6. Act as a brand ambassador, representing Coach's values and ethos to customers and the community.
