- Develop and implement sales strategies in collaboration with the Store Manager to align with company objectives.
- Monitor and drive store performance to achieve sales targets and productivity goals.
- Cultivate a clienteling strategy to foster long-term customer relationships and enhance business growth.
- Act as a brand ambassador to promote loyalty and business through market and community engagement.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently, partnering with the Store Manager or District Manager as necessary.
- Evaluate team performance, providing feedback and developing action plans for continuous improvement.
- Adhere to retail policies and procedures, ensuring operational excellence.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop top talent in partnership with the Store Manager.
- Manage daily operational tasks, including payroll, staffing, and loss prevention.
- Maintain the store's aesthetic and safety standards in collaboration with the corporate office.
- 1 to 3 years of management experience in a luxury retail environment preferred.
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
- Proficiency in MS Office and retail systems such as inventory and sales reporting tools.
- Strong business acumen with strategic planning capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
1 to 3 years of previous management experience in a luxury retail service environment is preferable.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
