1. Develop and implement sales strategies in collaboration with the Store Manager to align with company objectives.
2. Monitor and drive store performance to achieve sales targets and productivity goals.
3. Cultivate a clienteling strategy to foster long-term customer relationships and enhance business growth.
4. Act as a brand ambassador to promote loyalty and business through market and community engagement.
5. Resolve customer issues efficiently, partnering with the Store Manager or District Manager as necessary.
6. Evaluate team performance, providing feedback and developing action plans for continuous improvement.
7. Adhere to retail policies and procedures, ensuring operational excellence.
8. Recruit, onboard, and develop top talent in partnership with the Store Manager.
9. Manage daily operational tasks, including payroll, staffing, and loss prevention.
10. Maintain the store's aesthetic and safety standards in collaboration with the corporate office.

1. 1 to 3 years of management experience in a luxury retail environment preferred.
2. Current knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.

1. Proficiency in MS Office and retail systems such as inventory and sales reporting tools.
2. Strong business acumen with strategic planning capabilities.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
5. Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

1 to 3 years of previous management experience in a luxury retail service environment is preferable.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
