Responsibilities
- Expand sales share and enhance customer service.
- Ensure the store provides high-quality customer service.
- Collaborate with the regional manager to plan and achieve sales targets.
- Provide employee training and development programs.
- Manage inventory and maintain accurate stock records.
- Reduce loss rates.
- Ensure all human resources records are completed accurately and on time.
- Identify external factors and trends and make strategic adjustments accordingly.
- Ensure the store meets company standards for service environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- 8+ years of retail experience, with at least 5 years in retail management, preferably in mid-to-high-end consumer brands.
- Professional ethics and outstanding leadership skills.
Skills
- Excellent coordination and organizational skills.
- Strong team-building abilities.
- Outstanding strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Good English communication skills.
Experience Requirements
8+ years of retail experience, including 5+ years in retail management, preferably with mid-to-high-end consumer brands.
Education Requirements
