1. Expand sales and enhance customer service.

3. Collaborate with the Regional Manager to plan and achieve sales targets.

1. Bachelor's degree or higher.
2. Minimum of 8 years of retail experience, with at least 5 years in retail management, preferably in mid-to-high-end consumer brands.
3. Professional ethics and outstanding leadership abilities.
4. Excellent coordination, organizational, and team-building skills.
5. Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
6. Proficiency in English communication.
