1. Support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and operational excellence.
2. Assist in managing and motivating the team to achieve individual and store goals.
3. Oversee merchandising and visual presentation standards to align with brand guidelines.
4. Facilitate training and development programs for store staff.

1. Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.
2. Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
3. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

3. Ability to analyze sales reports and data to inform business decisions.

A minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or management role within retail, preferably in the luxury sector.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.
