1. Support the store manager in daily operations and achieving sales targets.
2. Lead and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service.
3. Oversee inventory management and visual merchandising to maintain brand standards.
4. Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of store staff.
5. Implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales.
6. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

1. Previous experience in retail management or a similar role.
2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.

A minimum of 2 years in a retail management position, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
