1. Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the retail store.
2. Support the execution of merchandising strategies to enhance store presentation and sales.
3. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
4. Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve any client issues promptly.
5. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics to maintain stock efficiency.
