CoachAssistant Manager, Demand Generation Media

- Manage execution and tactical elements of Demand Generation integrated media programs.
- Support paid demand generation media channels including Paid Social, Video, Display, Publisher Partnerships, and Affiliate.
- Assist in developing media plans for Demand Generation campaigns.
- Support Managers on creative briefing and manage creative deliveries.
- Manage executional needs across affiliate, publisher partnership, and influencer programs.
- Maintain campaign and activation calendars.
- Support creation of presentation materials for media plans and business reviews.
- Assist in reporting campaign performance and delivery.
- Support in expanding and testing new media channels and tactics.
- 1+ years of relevant experience supporting media campaigns on brand or agency side.
- Creative problem solver with strategic thinking skills.
- Outstanding attention to detail and superior communication skills.
- Ability to build effective partnerships and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Highly organized with the ability to multi-task.
- Experience with brand media metrics such as CPM, CPA, CPC, VTR & engagement KPIs.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Passion for culture such as music, entertainment, and sports is a plus.
- Experience within retail or luxury is a plus.

1+ years of relevant experience supporting media campaigns on brand or agency side.
Base pay range $64,500.00 to $70,000.00 annually.
