Coach Assistant Manager, Demand Generation Media

- Manage execution and tactical elements of Demand Generation integrated media programs, focusing on upper and mid-funnel campaigns.
- Support paid demand generation media channels including Paid Social, Video, Display, Publisher Partnerships, and Affiliate.
- Assist in developing media plans for Demand Generation campaigns to enhance brand awareness and consideration.
- Support Managers in creative briefing and manage all creative deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate trafficking to agencies.
- Oversee executional needs across affiliate, publisher partnership, and influencer programs, including sample management and approvals.
- Maintain campaign and activation calendars in collaboration with agencies.
- Support the creation of presentation materials for media plans, recaps, and business reviews.
- Assist in reporting on campaign performance, including creative and audience reporting, test results, and landing page performance.
- Contribute to the expansion and testing of new media channels and ad products to drive brand growth.
- Stay informed on cultural, consumer, and industry trends with an eye for innovation.
- 1+ years of relevant experience in supporting media campaigns on brand or agency side.
- Creative problem-solving skills with strategic thinking and ability to draw conclusions.
- Outstanding attention to detail and superior communication skills.
- Ability to build effective partnerships and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple projects.
- Experience with brand media metrics such as CPM, CPA, CPC, VTR, and engagement KPIs.
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
- Passion for culture, including music, entertainment, and sports, is a plus.
- Experience within retail or luxury sectors is advantageous.

1+ years of relevant experience in media campaign support, either on the brand or agency side.
An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Base pay range from $64,350.00 to $70,000.00 annually.
