1. Support the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
2. Assist in driving sales performance and achieving sales targets.
3. Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
4. Oversee merchandising and inventory management.
5. Train, mentor, and develop sales associates.
6. Implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase brand awareness.
