1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in inventory management or allocation within the retail or fashion industry.
3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
