Coach Assistant, Global Merchandising

1. Support the global merchandising team in the development and execution of merchandising strategies for women's small leather goods and accessories in the outlet division.
2. Assist in analyzing sales data and market trends to inform decision-making processes.
3. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including design, production, and sales to ensure alignment with merchandising objectives.
4. Prepare and maintain merchandising reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
5. Contribute to the planning and execution of product assortments and seasonal line plans.

1. Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or a related field.
2. Previous internship or experience in merchandising or retail preferred.

1. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Previous internship or entry-level experience in merchandising or retail is preferred.

Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or a related field.
