1. Support the global merchandising team in the development and execution of merchandising strategies for women's small leather goods and accessories.
2. Assist in the analysis of sales data to inform product assortment decisions.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, production, and marketing to ensure alignment with brand objectives.
4. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
5. Prepare and maintain merchandising reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.

1. Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or related field.
2. Previous experience in merchandising or a related field is preferred.
3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

1-2 years of experience in merchandising or a related field, preferably within the fashion industry.

Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or related field.
