1. Serve as the brand ambassador, conveying Church's philosophy and values.
2. Maximize sales performance by fostering customer relationships and developing brand loyalty.
3. Provide an exceptional in-store experience and guide clients into the brand's world.
4. Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge, staying informed about the luxury market and competitors.
5. Execute the brand's selling ceremony to maximize sales opportunities and achieve store targets and KPIs.
6. Maintain and develop client relationships using Customer Relationship Management and digital tools.
7. Effectively address customer queries and after-sales care, consulting with the line manager as needed.
8. Ensure the sales floor and visual displays meet high standards in line with brand guidelines.
9. Adhere to company operational guidelines, policies, and stock procedures.

1. Experience in a luxury or premium retail environment

1. Passion for building long-lasting relationships with clients and peers
2. Problem-solving skills and curiosity about luxury fashion
3. Ability to work both in a team and independently
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Knowledge of the shoemaking industry and affinity with the brand

Experience in a luxury or premium retail environment is required.
