3. Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge, staying informed about the luxury market and competitors.
4. Execute the brand's selling ceremony to maximize sales opportunities and achieve store targets.
5. Develop and maintain client relationships using Customer Relationship Management and digital tools.
6. Address customer queries and manage after-sales care, coordinating with the line manager when necessary.
7. Ensure the sales floor and visual displays meet high standards in accordance with brand guidelines.
8. Adhere to company operational guidelines, policies, and stock procedures.

1. Experience in a luxury or premium retail environment.

3. Capability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Passion for and knowledge of the shoemaking industry, with an affinity for the brand.

Experience in a luxury or premium retail environment is required.
