1. Align with Church’s brand style and quality standards throughout the sales and post-sales process.
2. Collaborate with the team to foster a positive store atmosphere and strive for maximum customer satisfaction.
3. Manage sales by optimizing each stage of the customer relationship.
4. Participate in store staff meetings.
5. Ensure post-sales service adheres to company standards to maintain and enhance customer loyalty and promote the brand image.
6. Ensure proper product management within the store.
7. Maintain display standards.
8. Be knowledgeable about stock inventory to optimize sales.
9. Actively participate in store inventories.

3. Experience in a luxury or premium retail environment.

6. Passion and knowledge of the footwear industry and affinity with the Church’s brand.
7. Fluent spoken English; additional foreign languages are desirable.
