1. Welcome and serve customers, ensuring an exceptional in-store experience.
2. Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge, staying informed about the luxury market and competitors.
3. Execute the Brand’s selling ceremony to maximize sales opportunities and achieve store sales targets and KPIs.
4. Cultivate and maintain client relationships through personalized approaches, utilizing Customer Relationship Management and digital tools.
5. Address customer queries and manage after-sales care, coordinating with the line manager as needed.
6. Maintain the sales floor and visual displays to high standards in accordance with Brand guidelines.
7. Adhere to Company operational guidelines, policies, and stock procedures.

1. Experience in a luxury or premium retail environment.

1. Ability to build long-lasting relationships with clients and peers.
2. Strong problem-solving skills and curiosity about luxury fashion.
3. Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Passion and knowledge of the shoemaking industry and affinity with the Brand.

Previous experience in a luxury or premium retail environment is required.
