Church's Communication Intern

1. Assist with maintaining and updating mailing lists.
2. Monitor editorial placements.
3. Support with Launchmetrics activities.
4. Track and update editorial credits.
5. Assist in managing daily content posting and monitoring on owned channels including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, Pinterest, Weibo.
6. Help manage vendor relations and communication tasks related to vendors.
7. Assist with purchase order processing.
8. Support the Retail Event production activities.

1. Basic understanding of social media platforms and their respective functionalities.
2. Familiarity with social media monitoring tools.
3. Familiarity with editorial monitoring tools and communication platforms like Launchmetrics.
4. Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate effectively across different platforms.
5. Attention to detail, especially in tracking and maintaining mailing lists and editorial credits.
6. Organizational and time-management skills.
7. A proactive and flexible approach to supporting the communications team.
