1. Serve as an ambassador of the brand, embodying its philosophy and values.
2. Maximize sales performance by cultivating customer relationships and enhancing brand loyalty.
3. Deliver an exceptional in-store experience, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
4. Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge, staying informed about the luxury market and competitors.
5. Execute the brand's selling ceremony to optimize sales opportunities and achieve store targets and KPIs.
6. Develop and maintain client relationships using Customer Relationship Management and digital tools.
7. Address customer inquiries and provide after-sales care, coordinating with management as needed.
8. Ensure the sales floor and visual displays meet brand standards.
9. Adhere to company operational guidelines, policies, and stock procedures.

1. Experience in a luxury or premium retail environment

1. Passion for building long-lasting relationships with clients and peers
2. Problem-solving abilities and curiosity about luxury fashion
3. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Knowledge of the shoemaking industry and affinity with the brand

Previous experience in a luxury or premium retail environment is required.
