1. Welcome and serve customers, ensuring an exceptional in-store experience at all times.
2. Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge, staying informed about the luxury market and competitors.
3. Proactively execute the Brand’s selling ceremony to maximize sales opportunities and achieve store sales targets and KPIs.
4. Develop and maintain client relationships through personalized approaches, utilizing Customer Relationship Management and digital tools.
5. Effectively address customer queries and provide after-sales care, coordinating with the line manager when necessary.
6. Maintain the sales floor and visual displays to high standards in accordance with Brand guidelines.
7. Adhere to Company operational guidelines, policies, and stock procedures.

1. Experience in a luxury or premium retail environment

1. Passion for building long-lasting relationships with clients and peers
2. Problem-solving skills, curiosity, and interest in luxury fashion
3. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Passion and knowledge of the shoemaking industry and affinity with the Brand

Previous experience in a luxury or premium retail environment is required.
