1. Welcome and serve customers, ensuring an exceptional in-store experience.
2. Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge, staying informed about the luxury market and competitors.
3. Execute the Brand’s selling ceremony to maximize sales opportunities and achieve store targets and KPIs.
4. Develop and maintain client relationships using Customer Relationship Management and digital tools.
5. Address customer queries and provide after-sales care, coordinating with the line manager as needed.
6. Maintain the sales floor and visual displays to meet Brand standards.
7. Adhere to Company operational guidelines, policies, and stock procedures.

1. Experience in a luxury or premium retail environment.

1. Ability to build long-lasting relationships with clients and peers.
2. Problem-solving skills and curiosity about luxury fashion.
3. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Passion and knowledge of the shoemaking industry and affinity with the Brand.

Experience in a luxury or premium retail environment is required.
