Church's Back of House Specialist

- Coordinate with the HQ Operations Office to manage and supervise operational procedures, providing regular feedback and ensuring alignment with the Ops team.
- Ensure efficient warehouse navigation and implement effective goods storage systems.
- Maintain the care and protection of products in accordance with company guidelines.
- Oversee daily management of goods receipt and storage, optimizing timing efficiency for sales floor preparation.
- Prepare shop-to-shop and returns transfers, adhering to company guidelines and timelines.
- Manage the flow of E-Commerce orders, ensuring service levels are met.
- Handle the flow of damaged, non-sellable, and consignment products.
- Ensure boutique operations are efficient, managing non-merchandise supplies and maintaining structure.
- Organize packaging and stationery both physically and within IT systems.
- Collaborate with local facilities for maintenance and cleaning operations.
- Identify security and health & safety risks, taking action or reporting as necessary.
- Address in-store IT issues, escalating as needed.
- Supervise corporate mobile usage, ensuring devices and apps function properly.
- Monitor after-sales, pre-sales, and product return processes.
- Manage the flow of gifts and organize display/window objects.
- Handle Prada Group staff clothing allowances.
- Ensure proper protection and packaging of products for in-store and transfer purposes, including E-Commerce shipments.
- Adopt company guidelines in theft situations, focusing on communication and documentation.
- Investigate system negatives promptly.
- Manage product flow and documentation, recording movements in the IT system.
- Plan and execute physical and cycle inventories with the Store Manager, adhering to company timelines.
- Support warehouse activities related to sales, ensuring security and cleanliness.
- Maintain relationships with providers.
- Update and organize the archive monthly.
- Comply with KPI updates, guidelines, and procedures from Store Operations Manager, Store Manager, or Headquarters.
- Supervise payment procedures and support sales staff, resolving issues as needed.
- Support administrative activities such as petty cash and deposits.
- Experience in stock management within a luxury or premium retail environment.
- Problem-solving abilities and curiosity.
- Interest in retail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in a luxury or premium retail environment is required, particularly in stock management.
