Christian Dior Women's Footwear Collection Manager

- Lead and manage a team of two Product Managers, reporting directly to the Division Director.
- Translate the Division's Product Strategy and Market Needs into briefs for the Studio.
- Plan key collection milestones from briefings to sample launches and product presentations in showrooms.
- Coordinate regular adjustments in collection development.
- Monitor and support collection development, ensuring adherence to briefs and budgets, and maintaining collection balance with the Studio.
- Establish pricing policies and product margins, negotiating with manufacturers and designers to ensure market positioning and margin objectives are met.
- Participate in technical development and production launch of models.
- Organize collection sample presentations during showrooms, ensuring adherence to Visual Merchandising guidelines.
- Implement qualitative and quantitative reporting for permanent and temporary collections for the Division and/or Studio.
- Support Product Developments related to special launches.
- Conduct regular travel, including two trips to Italy per month on average.
- Degree from a Business School in Commerce, Marketing, or Management.
- Extensive knowledge of Fashion and Luxury, with a keen awareness of current trends.
- Strong product sensitivity, particularly in Footwear, with a deep understanding of the competitive environment.
- Fluency in French, English, and Italian, both written and spoken.
- Excellent writing and oral presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, synthesis, organizational, and initiative skills.
- High attention to detail and precision.
- Dynamic, with excellent interpersonal skills, team spirit, and autonomy.
- Curious, open-minded, with strong communication, listening, and observational skills.
A minimum of 10 years of prior experience in the Luxury and Fashion industry is required.
Degree from a Business School in Commerce, Marketing, or Management.
