- Maintain commercial relationships with boutiques, ensuring constant communication with buyers, back-office, sales teams, and visual merchandising.
- Consolidate and monitor weekly sales figures for Dior Shop-in-Shop locations, coordinating collection presentations in-store with visual merchandising.
- Coordinate with sales administration for delivery tracking, restocking, and invoicing.
- Support the development of collection guidelines for Shop-in-Shop and multi-brand stores.
- Participate in sales to boutique buyers and support the buying mix of boutiques, ensuring qualitative and quantitative order tracking.
- Prepare weekly sales reports and display analyses for Shop-in-Shop locations.
- Create training documents for Women's and Men's collections.
- Develop PowerPoint presentations for boutique visits, training, and collection presentations to buyers.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market needs assessments, gathering feedback from sales points.
- Coordinate with internal Dior departments including Sales Administration, Visual Merchandising, Business Analysis, and Event Management.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce or Management.
- Fluency in Italian, English, and French, both spoken and written.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Commercial acumen and availability.
- Sensitivity to the luxury market.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Analytical and synthesis skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Entry-level position suitable for recent graduates or individuals with minimal professional experience.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce or Management.
