1. Efficiently process and manage returns of defective items from international B2B clients.
2. Coordinate the dispatch of defective products to appropriate workshops or departments for thorough evaluation and repair.
3. Oversee logistical aspects to ensure swift and effective return of repaired products to multi-brand clients.
4. Collaborate closely with logistics teams to ensure meticulous preparation and flawless shipment of products.
5. Monitor operational and logistical follow-up of returns and dispatches.
6. Participate in scheduling client appointments for showrooms.
7. Develop and manage operational planning for showrooms.
8. Record orders placed during showroom events.
9. Provide on-site support during showroom operations.
10. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and various documents.
11. Support team members in managing schedules and agendas.
12. Organize business travel and make necessary reservations.
13. Manage expense reports.
14. Assist in organizing internal or external events for the Business Unit.

1. Currently pursuing a higher education degree (Bac +4/5) in commerce or management from a Business School or University.
2. Fluent in both written and spoken English and French; proficiency in another language is advantageous.
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office tools.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Currently enrolled in a higher education program (Bac +4/5) in commerce or management.
