- Efficiently process returns of defective items from international B2B clients.
- Coordinate the dispatch of defective products to appropriate workshops or departments for thorough evaluation and repair.
- Manage logistical aspects to ensure swift and effective return of repaired products to multi-brand clients.
- Collaborate closely with logistics teams to ensure meticulous preparation and seamless dispatch of products.
- Oversee the operational and logistical tracking of returns and shipments.
- Participate in scheduling appointments with clients for sales showrooms.
- Develop and manage the operational schedule for showrooms.
- Record orders placed during showroom events.
- Provide direct on-site support during showroom operations.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and various documents for the Business Unit Wholesale.
- Support in managing team members' schedules and organizing business travel and necessary reservations.
- Handle expense reports and assist in organizing internal or external BU events.
- Currently pursuing higher education – Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in commerce or management.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and French; proficiency in another language is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
- Proficiency in office software, including MS Office.
Entry-level position suitable for beginners.
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in commerce or management.
