- Receive and efficiently process returns of defective items from an international B2B clientele.
- Coordinate the dispatch of defective products to appropriate workshops or departments for thorough evaluation and repair.
- Manage logistical aspects to ensure prompt and effective return of repaired products to multi-brand clients.
- Collaborate closely with logistics teams to ensure meticulous preparation and seamless dispatch of products.
- Oversee operational and logistical follow-up of returns and shipments.
- Participate in scheduling appointments with clients for sales showrooms.
- Develop and manage the operational schedule for showrooms.
- Record orders placed during showroom events.
- Provide on-site support during showroom operations.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and various documents.
- Support team members with agenda management.
- Organize business travel and make necessary reservations.
- Handle expense reports.
- Assist in organizing internal or external events for the Business Unit.
- Currently enrolled in a higher education program – Bachelor’s degree level 4/5 in commerce or management, from a business school or university.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and French; strong writing skills. Proficiency in another language is advantageous.
- Demonstrated rigor and organizational skills.
- Strong sense of confidentiality and discretion.
- Proficiency in office tools, including MS Office.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in commerce or management.
