Wholesale Assistant Intern

1. Receive and process returns of defective items from international B2B clients.
2. Coordinate the dispatch of defective products to appropriate workshops or departments for evaluation and repair.
3. Manage logistics to ensure efficient return of repaired products to multibrand clients.
4. Collaborate with logistics teams for meticulous preparation and seamless shipment of products.
5. Monitor operational and logistical aspects of returns and dispatches.
6. Participate in scheduling client appointments for showrooms.
7. Develop and manage operational planning for showrooms.
8. Record orders during showroom events.
9. Provide on-site support during showroom events.
10. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and various documents.
11. Support team members with agenda management.
12. Organize business trips and make necessary reservations.
13. Handle expense reports.
14. Assist in organizing internal or external events for the Business Unit.

1. Currently pursuing higher education – Bac +4/5 in commerce or management, from a school or university.
2. Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken; strong writing skills. Another language is a plus.

3. Proficiency in office tools, including MS Office.

Entry-level experience required.

Currently pursuing higher education – Bac +4/5 in commerce or management.
