Christian Dior Wholesale Area Manager

- Manage a portfolio of clients across the EMEA region and Korea, fostering strong and enduring relationships with multi-brand partners, department stores, and Shop-in-Shop locations.
- Conduct detailed weekly and monthly performance analyses, including sales figures, sell-through rates, and key performance indicators.
- Coordinate product launches in stores, working closely with Visual Merchandising teams to ensure optimal product placement based on performance and needs.
- Identify growth opportunities by applying the brand's commercial policy, consolidating existing partnerships, and gathering feedback from boutiques.
- Oversee deliveries and restocking in collaboration with Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Accounting teams.
- Ensure adherence to Visual Merchandising guidelines and brand image standards among partners, with travel required.
- Maintain constant market surveillance to adapt commercial strategies to the competitive landscape.
- Define budgets based on seasonal and annual objectives for each client.
- Develop tailored purchasing and replenishment strategies aligned with the brand's objectives and local partner needs.
- Organize and manage two physical and two digital showrooms annually.
- Supervise order taking and oversee the external sales team during showroom periods.
- Lead the sales team at the Baby Dior Shop-in-Shop at Le Bon Marché, including planning, HR follow-up, and sales objectives.
- Monitor weekly and monthly sales figures, achieve targets, and maintain space standards.
- Support during buying sessions.
- Advanced degree, Bac+5 level, from a business school or university.
- Significant professional experience in wholesale or business development within the fashion sector.
- Fluency in both English and French.
- Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Strong organizational skills, adaptability, and commercial acumen.
- Willingness to travel occasionally within the designated region.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.
Advanced degree, Bac+5 level, from a business school or university.
