Christian Dior Wholesale Area Manager

- Develop and maintain strong, enduring relationships with a portfolio of direct multi-brand clients across Europe, adhering to the brand's commercial policy.
- Analyze sales performance, identify growth opportunities, and propose tailored action plans.
- Conduct continuous market surveillance to stay abreast of fashion trends and competitive activities, adapting commercial strategies accordingly.
- Oversee the entire order process from placement to delivery, coordinating with sales administration and logistics.
- Ensure the timely follow-up of deliveries, restocking, and invoicing in collaboration with internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with visual merchandising guidelines and brand image at partner locations.
- Coordinate and communicate with various product divisions (Ready-to-Wear, Footwear, Accessories, etc.) to ensure a cohesive and optimized product offering during showrooms.
- Provide detailed qualitative feedback post-showroom, including client comments and trend analyses.
- Regularly monitor the fashion market, emerging trends, and competitive movements.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 to 4 years of successful experience in wholesale or business development within the fashion sector.
- Strong commercial, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain trustful relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational, planning, and priority management capabilities.
- Ability to work autonomously while being a team player.
- Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written; proficiency in Italian is an advantage.
- Proficient in office software (Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint).
Minimum 3 years of experience in wholesale or business development within the fashion industry.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or equivalent.
