- Coordinate the development, dispatch, and analysis of newsletter campaigns across all divisions of Christian Dior Couture, including Women's, Men's, Jewelry, Baby Dior, and Dior Maison.
- Assist in gathering business and local needs to align and consolidate newsletter campaign schedules.
- Manage communication with translation agencies and various service providers.
- Facilitate interactions with international markets during campaign alignment and validation phases.
- Develop and adapt newsletter campaigns using tools such as Dartagnan to meet diverse regional requirements.
- Oversee the validation and testing phases of campaigns with international markets, including the creation and approval of BATs.
- Support the programming and dispatch of campaigns across all markets using Adobe Campaign and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Contribute to campaign analysis phases and the consolidation of performance dashboards with the data team.
- Assist in creating tracking documents and sharing KPIs.
- Support the development of presentation and analysis documents for top management, including the creation of presentation materials and ad hoc analyses.
- Conduct competitive intelligence on major innovations and trends in the digital and emailing sectors.
- Currently enrolled in a Master 2 program, seeking a one-year apprenticeship.
- Demonstrated rigor, flexibility, and strong attention to detail.
- Eagerness to embrace new challenges in a dynamic and demanding environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
- Familiarity with luxury sector dynamics.
- Knowledge of Dartagnan, Adobe Campaign, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
