1. Generate weekly and monthly sales reports for all watches and jewelry categories.
2. Monitor and analyze business sales performances.
3. Support store stock requests and rebalance stock based on store performance.
4. Deliver relevant feedback on consolidation.
5. Provide retail support to increase sales turnover.
6. Implement action plans.
7. Prepare support material for buying sessions, including sales reports, forecasting tools, and presentations for Store Managers.
8. Prepare newsletters for stores focusing on product, challenges, visual merchandising, and training.
9. Follow up on transfer requests between Paris HQ and Central and Eastern Europe.

1. Business school student or equivalent university level.
2. First significant experience in an analytical position, ideally in retail merchandising or as a business analyst.

1. Strong passion for the fashion and luxury industry.
2. Rigorous approach with quantitative data.

4. Strong organizational skills.
5. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
6. Fluency in German and English; French is a plus.

Entry-level position requiring initial experience in an analytical role, preferably within retail merchandising or business analysis.
