- Generate weekly and monthly sales reports for all watches and jewelry categories.
- Monitor and analyze business sales performances.
- Support store stock requests and rebalance stock based on store performance.
- Deliver relevant feedback on consolidation.
- Provide retail support to increase sales turnover.
- Implement action plans.
- Prepare support material for buying sessions, including sales reports, forecasting tools, and presentations for Store Managers.
- Prepare newsletters for stores focusing on product, challenges, visual merchandising, and training.
- Follow up on transfer requests between Paris HQ and Central and Eastern Europe.
- Business school student or equivalent university level.
- First significant experience in an analytical position, ideally in retail merchandising or as a business analyst.
- Strong passion for the fashion and luxury industry.
- Rigorous approach with quantitative data.
- Analytical mindset.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in German and English; French is a plus.
Entry-level position requiring initial experience in an analytical role, preferably within retail merchandising or business analysis.
Business school student or equivalent university level.
