1. Develop and execute product strategies aligned with Dior Joaillerie & Horlogerie's vision and market demands.
2. Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
3. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the watch and luxury industries.
4. Create and implement comprehensive 360° marketing plans to promote new and existing products.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative studios, development, supply chain, merchandising, training) to develop robust strategies to invigorate the category.
6. Monitor direct and indirect competition in the segment.
7. Work closely with creative design, engineering, sales, and other departments to ensure cohesive product development and marketing efforts.
8. Manage a team of product managers.
9. Set financial objectives, track and analyze product performance, and use data to make informed decisions and adjustments.
10. Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.

1. Advanced degree (Bac +5) from a business school with a specialization in marketing and product launch.
2. 5 to 7 years of experience in the watchmaking and/or luxury industry.

1. Strong understanding of market research, consumer behavior, and competitive analysis.
2. Excellent communication, adaptability, and leadership skills.
3. Strategic analytical capabilities.
4. Fluent in English, both spoken and written, in a professional context.

Minimum 5 years in the watchmaking and/or luxury industry.

Advanced degree (Bac +5) from a business school with a specialization in marketing and product launch.
