Christian Dior Watch Group Manager

- Develop and execute product strategies aligned with Dior Joaillerie & Horlogerie's vision and market demands.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the watch and luxury industries.
- Create and implement comprehensive 360° marketing plans to promote new and existing products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative studios, development, supply chain, merchandising, training) to develop robust strategies to invigorate the category.
- Monitor direct and indirect competition in the segment.
- Work closely with creative design, engineering, sales, and other departments to ensure cohesive product development and marketing efforts.
- Manage a team of product managers.
- Set financial objectives, track and analyze product performance, and use data to make informed decisions and adjustments.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
- Advanced degree (Bac +5) from a business school with a specialization in marketing and product launch.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in the watchmaking and/or luxury industry.
- Strong understanding of market research, consumer behavior, and competitive analysis.
- Excellent communication, adaptability, and leadership skills.
- Strategic analytical capabilities.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written, in a professional context.
Minimum 5 years in the watchmaking and/or luxury industry.
Advanced degree (Bac +5) from a business school with a specialization in marketing and product launch.
