Christian Dior VM Operations Manager

- Plan and execute seasonal window décor for all product categories, coordinating with the Paris-based design team and local suppliers.
- Manage the installation schedule with Paris and the Northern Europe team, ensuring budget adherence and notifying management of additional costs.
- Participate in and oversee the setup of all in-store events, managing contractors and suppliers.
- Maintain the VM annual calendar and update the VM tool database, tracking logistics and costs.
- Organize the production of VM tools, overseeing logistics and ensuring budget compliance.
- Review VM costs weekly, recording expenditures and sharing data with Paris and finance monthly.
- Ensure efficient processing of finance budgets and purchase orders, overseeing delivery and completion of VM work.
- Archive all VM assets in internal share drives and visit locations post-installation to ensure compliance with guidelines.
- Oversee seasonal photography, consulting with photographers and sending files to Paris within required timelines.
- Support the Northern Europe VM team in implementing visual directives and assist in seasonal window and in-store changes.
- Maintain product knowledge to maximize sales and participate in EMEA VM summits and Northern Europe meetings.
- Maintain consistent communication with internal and external counterparts, including the UK Head Office.
- Previous experience in VM or event operations within a luxury, fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and a flexible approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of current design trends.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Passion for Christian Dior and its collections.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in visual merchandising or event operations within the luxury sector is required.
