Christian Dior Visual Merchandising Trainee

1. Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team for seasonal launches and in-store rotations.
2. Manage prop inventory and ensure accurate cataloging at off-site storage facilities.
3. Coordinate shipments with warehouses and maintain shipment tracking from Headquarters.
4. Ship and track Visual samples to Paris.
5. Organize and log the use of Visual Merchandising Ready-to-Wear samples, including maintaining the prop and sample closet.
6. Maintain the Visual Merchandising Calendar.
7. Oversee the Intranet database, including floorplans, contact lists, and store hours for all Dior locations.
8. Catalog and post photos of recent installations and new store openings.
9. Create master PowerPoint presentations to assist with in-store display zoning.
10. Work with cross-functional teams to meet various business needs.
11. Adapt to changing priorities and urgent tasks in collaboration with the Visual Merchandising team.

1. Full-time availability for a 12-month program, Monday to Friday, 9-6 pm, with occasional overnight shifts for launches and events.
2. Minimum of 6 months prior experience in a related field.

1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
2. Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
3. Proficiency in PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
4. Ability to prioritize and meet fast-paced deadlines while remaining adaptable.
5. Positive attitude and ability to build strong team relationships.

At least 6 months of prior experience in a related field is required.

The position offers a salary of $20 per hour, with potential eligibility for the company's medical benefits plan, commuter benefits, and 401k plans with employer contributions.
