1. Maintain visual standards with meticulous attention to detail, adhering to global directives for each retail location.
2. Address and resolve merchandising concerns as directed by the VP of Visual Merchandising.
3. Execute window and floor changes, including overnight shifts.
4. Re-merchandise displays in response to sell-through rates and product launches.
5. Collaborate with boutique teams to uphold visual standards.
6. Upload store and project photographs to the internal VM app for corporate approval.
7. Participate actively in store openings and special events.
8. Manage and organize props inventory.

1. 2-3 years of experience in visual display and merchandising within a luxury or specialty retail environment.
2. Strong planning, organizational, and creative skills.
3. Ability to translate design trends into store windows and environments.
4. Proficient in strategic communication across all organizational levels.
5. Strong follow-through capabilities.

Annual salary range of $65,000-$70,000, plus bonus eligibility.
