1. Implement visual updates and maintain displays with meticulous attention to detail.
2. Foster a culture of brand image maintenance through systematic display checks integrated into daily routines.
3. Establish and maintain a support network with boutiques to ensure collaborative visual merchandising efforts.
4. Execute window and floor changes in alignment with collection launches, including potential overnight shifts.
5. Upload approved photos to the La Ruche app post-launch and support feedback processes with the Paris Image Team.
6. Provide additional support for store openings, special events, and pop-up installations beyond the region.
7. Ensure diligent handling, care, and organization of props, maintaining an up-to-date inventory.

1. Minimum 3 years of visual display and merchandising experience in a luxury or specialty retail environment.

1. Strong planning, organizational, and creative skills.
2. Effective communication across all organizational levels.
3. Ability to build relationships and leverage workforce skills appropriately.
4. Adherence to company policies and procedures.
5. Flexibility to work full-time schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
6. Comprehensive understanding of the Dior brand image.
7. Willingness to travel as required.
