- Implement visual presentation direction across all category universes within the House of Dior, Beverly Hills.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and uphold visual standards with utmost excellence.
- Manage visual efforts including collection launches, window changes, business-related rotations, and in-store event setups, requiring availability for overnights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ensure meticulous handling and display of products across categories such as Women's, Men's, Fine Jewelry & Watches, Maison, and Spa.
- Foster a culture of brand integrity and excellence, developing systems for display maintenance with attention to detail and accountability.
- Address merchandising concerns to align with business needs and corporate directives.
- Cultivate partnerships with Central HQ Image Team across all universes.
- Maintain a routine for uploading approved photos to the La Ruche app post-launch for all categories.
- Conduct proactive reviews of guidelines, launch packets, and other resources prior to rotations.
- Ensure respectful communication and adherence to store protocols and schedules.
- Organize props and maintain an up-to-date inventory to ensure display upkeep.
- 2-3 years of visual display and merchandising experience in a luxury or specialty retail environment.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and creative skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Capability to develop and train store teams, foster relationships, and maintain professionalism.
- Adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Strong understanding of the Dior brand image.
