- Develop and implement comprehensive visual merchandising strategies across all retail channels to enhance brand image and drive sales.
- Oversee the design and execution of in-store displays, window presentations, and product layouts to optimize the customer journey.
- Ensure consistency of brand aesthetics and visual merchandising standards across all retail formats.
- Manage the visual merchandising budget, allocating resources effectively for display materials and seasonal campaigns.
- Lead and mentor a team of field visual merchandisers, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic initiatives and identify opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand presentations and successful campaign execution.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to optimize product placement and refine visual merchandising tactics.
- Bachelor's degree in visual merchandising, marketing, fashion design, business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of multi-unit visual merchandising experience, with significant leadership or managerial experience.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing visual merchandising strategies across various retail formats.
- Experience with large-scale store openings is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
