Christian Dior Visual Merchandising Operations Manager

- Coordinate with HQ and regional/local visual merchandising teams to manage the procurement of materials for windows, lightboxes, in-store displays, store openings, and visual merchandising projects.
- Consolidate and manage visual merchandising project data in collaboration with HQ coordination and regional/local teams.
- Monitor seasonal window prop orders, transportation logistics, and local production material status regularly.
- Oversee logistics and customs clearance for all visual merchandising materials from overseas, working closely with logistics and local teams.
- Review props inventory status in each market to manage recycling, storage costs, and sustainability.
- Coordinate logistics, installations, and professional photo shoots across the Americas region in collaboration with regional and in-store teams.
- Support budget management for visual merchandising activities, liaising with finance and accounting teams.
- Ensure purchasing inquiries align with allocated budgets in each market.
- Partner with HQ, regional, and local teams to ensure operations and accounting controls are timely and in line with HQ guidelines.
- Develop a comprehensive database for visual merchandising activities, including props, windows, lightboxes, photos, costs, and bidding records.
- Manage procurement procedures in line with company policies, including purchase orders, invoices, and bidding processes.
- Collect vendor evaluations and feedback from each market.
- Collaborate on sustainability projects with HQ, regional, and local teams.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, operations, or administration within a multinational company.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Positive attitude and self-starter.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
Minimum 5 years working experience in accounting, operations, or administration within a multinational company.
The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $115,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility, dependent on relevant skills and experience.
