Christian Dior Visual Merchandising Operations Manager

- Plan and execute seasonal window décor for all categories, coordinating with the Paris design team and local suppliers.
- Manage budgetary constraints and communicate additional costs to the Northern Europe VM Manager.
- Participate in the setup of in-store events and oversee contractors and local suppliers for VM projects.
- Maintain and distribute the VM annual calendar to the network.
- Regularly update the VM tool database, tracking deliveries, transfers, and storage costs.
- Organize the manufacture of VM tools, overseeing logistics and ensuring budget compliance.
- Review VM costs weekly, ensuring accurate financial reporting to Paris and finance departments.
- Ensure efficient processing of finance budgets, purchase orders, and invoicing.
- Archive and update all VM assets in internal share drives.
- Conduct post-installation visits to ensure compliance with guidelines.
- Oversee seasonal photography, consulting with photographers and managing file submissions to Paris.
- Support the Northern Europe VM team in implementing visual directives from Paris.
- Assist in seasonal window scheme changes and in-store rotations.
- Maintain product knowledge to optimize sales through strategic product promotion.
- Participate in EMEA VM summits and Northern Europe meetings.
- Maintain consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders, including the UK Head Office.
- Previous experience in VM or event operations within a luxury, fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and a flexible approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of current design trends.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Strong team collaboration and independent working ability.
- Passion for Christian Dior and its collections.
Minimum of 5 years in visual merchandising or event operations within a luxury environment.
