Christian Dior Visual Merchandising Manager

- Manage the visual merchandising strategy across cross-functional teams to execute seasonal collection launches and drive sales.
- Lead and develop a team of three Visual Merchandising Specialists, focusing on their career growth and training.
- Establish and maintain a collaborative network with Boutique Management, Category Leaders, and Operations to ensure cohesive visual merchandising efforts.
- Oversee visual merchandising activities, including collection launches, window changes, and in-store event setups, which may require work during overnights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ensure brand integrity and excellence through meticulous display maintenance and fostering a culture of accountability.
- Coordinate display walkthroughs and participate in morning meetings to align with business needs and corporate directives.
- Communicate weekly schedules and guidelines to all involved teams, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Develop partnerships with the Central HQ Image Team and local category VM leaders to maintain brand consistency.
- Manage inventory and ensure the diligent handling and care of visual merchandising props.
- 5+ years of experience in visual merchandising within a luxury or specialty retail environment.
- Proven ability to develop and train teams, with strong relationship-building skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, including HQ, corporate, and retail.
- Strong understanding of the Dior brand image and ability to uphold company policies and procedures.

Minimum 5 years of visual merchandising experience in a luxury or specialty retail environment.
Salary range of $95,000 - $110,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility.
