- Oversee and execute the visual merchandising strategy in alignment with cross-functional teams to enhance brand image and drive sales.
- Lead a team of Visual Merchandising Specialists, focusing on their professional development and training.
- Coordinate and manage visual merchandising efforts including collection launches, window changes, and in-store event setups.
- Cultivate a culture of brand integrity and excellence, ensuring meticulous display maintenance.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration with boutique management, category leaders, and operations for seamless execution of visual merchandising tasks.
- Conduct walkthroughs and participate in meetings to ensure alignment and address merchandising concerns.
- Develop partnerships with Central HQ Image Team and local category VM leaders.
- Ensure diligent handling and organization of props and inventory maintenance.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in visual merchandising within a luxury or specialty retail environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Ability to lead, train, and develop teams.
- Proficiency in maintaining brand image and adhering to company policies.
Minimum 5 years of visual merchandising experience in a luxury or specialty retail environment.
Salary range of $95,000 - $110,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility.
